Ann Zalak
“Cup Size”
Called by the desire to unfold the mysteries of Biblical Womanhood in the 21st Century. She abandoned a promising career in research in order to experiment on her own life through marriage and child raring. After 17 years in the field, and four children, Ann Zalak supports the notion that living a God-centered life is more about growth and not at all about success. She offers real ways for women to get comfortable in their “growth zones”. Take back your worth from the world’s massive messaging that says you are not enough. Find out how women have been struggling with their “Cup-Size” since biblical times and gain the power that God has for “filling-out” your life.
Stephanie Vanden Boomen
As a registered psychotherapist graduating from Tyndale University and Seminary, Stephanie is passionate about journeying alongside those who want to turn their cave into a tunnel, make purpose to their pain, and move from despair into acceptance. As well as using her professional education, and years of supervised practice to help those she encounters, she also makes it a top priority to always be a listening ear and exude genuine care. Her desire is to share the hope that she has with others, and that the season they may be experiencing now does not have to be the new normal of their life.
Dannie Foisy
“Mental illness”
For years, Danielle Foisy worked in the secular workplace until God asked her to take a leap of faith and leave her career to start following God’s plan for her life. In the darkest and hardest times while living with a husband who struggles with mental illness, she found there were not a lot of resources for the person who is supporting someone who is struggling. Her goal is to change that and start the conversation. She found writing to be a healthy coping mechanism to deal with the stress that comes with the role, and now she is using her book to help others who are in the same role she is in. Danielle lives in Haliburton, Ontario with her husband and family. When she is not wrangling her monkeys, I mean two young daughters, son and puppy, they are out adventuring the world. She enjoys adventures like
ice climbing, rock climbing, and other exhilarating sports.

Through many business ups and downs, through many trials and life struggles, Barb has made it her goal to strive to be a Proverbs 31 woman. Barb along with her whole family attend Lakeside Church.
