Fishers of Men

When Jesus calls his first disciples to “follow me” and become “fishers of men” what meaning lies behind the metaphor? To understand what Jesus is calling the disciples to become, we can look ahead to who He teaches them to be. Jesus will show them what following Him will really mean, and how they draw others to join them in the kingdom of God. Pastor Chris continues our series in Matthew this week in chapter 4:18-22.
