False Gospels
The gospel, or the good news of who Jesus is and what He has done for us, is only powerful when it is heard and believed in it’s proper form. It isn’t like a Tylenol, where half a pill might work half as well. Half a gospel doesn’t half-save, it doesn’t work at all; and a counterfeit gospel is as worthless as a counterfeit bill. There are lots of counterfeit and half-gospels that offer false hopes. Join us with the Apostle Paul in his letter to the Galatians where he spells out the danger of false gospels, and demonstrates the power of the true gospel.
