Angels

If we take some time to assess and tally where the majority of our teaching lies we discover there are some parts of scripture, even whole truths of scripture, that we give far less attention to than we should. Angels are a whole other order of created beings. They are agents of God’s mercy and justice. They are messengers of His revelation. They are unobtrusively present in literally hundreds of critical biblical moments. They are tasked with guarding us, with guiding us, with ushering us into salvation and into eternity. And yet we often barely mention them. Today is a little less preaching, and a little more teaching as we survey the doctrine of angels revealed in the bible.
